About the Role:
As a Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support to students with a range of SEN requirements. Your responsibilities will include implementing tailored educational plans, fostering positive relationships, and promoting the overall well-being of our students.
Desirable Qualities for SEN Teaching Assistant:
• Demonstrated experience in supporting students with diverse SEN, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
• Ability to establish rapport and engage empathetically with students.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment tailored to meet individual needs.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of SEN students.
Required Qualifications:
• Teaching Assistant Level 2 or Level 3 desireable but not essential
• Relevant experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
