They are a premium provider and installer of windows, doors and conservatories and have over 27 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders from initial receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. The Order Processor will work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: Receive and review customer orders, ensuring they are accurate and complete. Input orders into the system in a timely and accurate manner. Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays or issues. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch of orders. Skills Required: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
