Job summary
The Adult Eating Disorders Team are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced Clinical Support Team Administrator to support the Eating Disorder Service based in Bury St Edmunds. This would suit somebody who is outgoing and confident, with the organisational skills to manage their own workload to support the needs of the service.
Duties will include:
1. Consultant support - including dictations, diary management and liaising with patients and their families plus external stakeholders.
2. Clinical Admin Support - processing referrals, maintaining patient records, generating letters, taking and distributing minutes, monitoring and completion of tasks in the team inbox.
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of skilled professionals aided by a small group of dedicated administrators, in a positive and sociable working environment.

Main duties of the job
You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and patient experience. Customer service skills and full administration experience will be essential for this role. The post holder will also be expected to attend meetings as required, this includes the creation of agendas, taking accurate notes and producing minutes to a high standard, this will include following up on any actions as necessary.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. Diary management and minute taking skills are also essential.
