Commis Chef / Chef de Partie required for our longstanding client, a luxury country house hotel with an AA Rosette restaurant. This Boutique Hotel is set in the Cotswolds and is renowned locally for its venue.
The successful applicant will join the kitchen team as a key member of a strong brigade working alongside a highly experienced award winning Head Chef.
The main duties of the role are:-
To support the Head Chef and management team.
To ensure the highest standards of food quality.
To be responsible for supporting in ensuring that all Food Safety regulations are completed to the correct standard.
This role involves food preparation and service for the hotel guests during their stay. We are looking for someone who wants to work as part of a talented and hardworking team, delivering consistently high quality food standards using fresh ingredients.
Please note this is a permanent full time position working 48 hours per week over 5 days on a rota basis to include weekends.
Experience within a similar role or environment is required.
