An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic Mental Health professional to join our expanding Primary Care Mental Health team in Swansea. Our service offers assessment, signposting, and brief interventions to people with mild to moderate, common mental health disorders.
The service also aims to support the wider Primary Care team through advice, education, and support, as well as offering information and advice to carers.
