This role will be hands on, someone who wants to step up into a more senior role, but also someone who may be looking to slow down and can install some calm and experience.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: HND or HNC in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering Minimum of 5 years experience within chemical manufacturing ideally at a COMAH site. Experience of plant control systems. Ideally awareness of IEC61511. Knowledge and experience of ATE Responsible for providing support for all day to day operations and development projects around the Site instrumentation and control systems. Purpose of the Job
Provide the Control, software development and Instrumentation support to the Control Systems Engineer for the sites continuous improvement strategy and ongoing projects Main Accountabilities:
Ensure Compliance to all site Safety Health & Environment procedures within area of responsibility. Responsible for site control system projects including front end design, programming, commissioning and handover to operations Manage external project C & I resources ensuring relevant competency and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed Day to day troubleshooting of issues related to Instrumentation and control systems. Deputy for Control Systems Engineer Continual communication link between C&I and Production Personnel on all C&I Aspects. Site support out of hours of issues related to Instrumentation and control systems
