Our department are looking for someone who is able to support the work of the department managers to enable the delivery of high quality projects to achieve the objectives agreed as part of the business plan for all areas of the Public Health team. This post will assist with the design, development and evaluation of a range of key Public Health programmes and projects You will be required to manage operations of defined projects and supporting more complex programmes being led and coordinated by public health with agreed actions and administration. About You We are looking for someone who is able to take and produce accurate minutes of meetings and consistently produce well presented, accurate work as well as have the ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage own workload with minimal supervision. You’ll have the opportunity to develop on your existing skills by establishing and maintaining networks and links with individuals and organisations. We do ask that you have a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent education/ experience. Applicants for this role will need to be able to travel across the borough regionally and nationally when required (occasionally) as well as have computer literacy skills including Outlook/e-mail/calendars PowerPoint, Excel, Word and understanding of financial processing.
