We are hiring for a sales aware, high-energy and hungry sales professional who wants to learn and fully immerse themselves in the world of recruitment.
Have you just graduated and are searching for the big career move? Or have you 3+ Years Sales/Customer Service Experience and are now looking for the next big thing?
Reporting to the founder your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting team members on key vacancy assignment across Europe & United States.
* Planning and executing searches using LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Confidentially approaching high-value candidates to understand their goals and challenges.
* Present exciting job opportunities to senior executives who may not be 'actively' seeking a new role.
* Build Trust & Rapport
* Conduct interviews via telephone and video calls. (Face to face, when travel permits)
* Manage interview processes and feedback.
* Provide a quality candidate experience.
* Using all channels (including telephone prospecting) to identify new vacancies and new clients.
* Grow key accounts and develop existing relationships.
* Adopt (and improve) best practices & standards.
* Understand company values and be a critical part of the next phase of growth.
* Learn about the SaaS, AI & API Sector
Requirements:
* 3+ years in Sales Closing, Business Development or Customer Service roles.
* A proven track record of success.
* Excellent People skills.
* Strong desire, motivation, work ethic & ambition.
