We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with a passion for leading New Product Development & Introduction (NPI) projects. With this role, you can lead the planning, governance and delivery of complex projects in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of end-to-end project management, from concept to delivery and post-launch review. Define project governance and controls while managing project documentation. Lead and drive business cases, financial ROI calculations, and budget management. Ensure on-time, on-specification, and on-cost delivery of projects. Lead project meetings, manage risks and change requests, and maintain financial reports. Work cross-functionally with engineering, certification, manufacturing, quality, finance, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams. Implement standardized engineering processes and tools such as FMEAs and Root Cause Analysis. Support prototype builds, testing, certification, and production readiness. Ensure all necessary product documentation and quality criteria are met before launch. Provide training and contribute to continuous improvement of NPI processes. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in project management, successfully leading projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software elements in product development. Excellent knowledge of best-practice project management methodologies. Commercial acumen with experience in business case development, IRR, ROI, NPV, and BOM cost analysis. Strong skills in budget/resource management, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation. Excellent communication, leadership, and team motivation abilities. Hands-on approach with a problem-solving and results-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseas (10-20%). Preferred Experience: Developing products for hazardous environments (ATEX, IECEx). Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for the pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Systems. Why Join Us?
