We are one of the world's leading System Integrators and a key supplier of Technical and Business Solutions to the UK's leading Energy and Utility companies. You'll work on innovative projects with colleagues to drive collaboration from strategy through to implementation. You will be using the latest technologies with our Energy and Utilities clients to help them implement technology solutions to meet their business challenges/needs.
In our team you will learn how to:
1. Work with our global delivery network to manage complex and large-scale technology projects
2. Implement large scale Business Transformations across key UK Energy and Utilities clients, supporting end to end Business Transformations rather than technical solutions to point business challenges.
3. Provide solutions to real world problems being faced in the Energy and Utilities Industries, working at the forefront of the most topical areas within the Industry.
As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will:
1. Drive forward the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget
2. Manage end to end technical delivery across the entire delivery lifecycle
3. Develop and manage high performing diverse and dispersed teams
4. Provide functional and technical expertise to support design and implementation work
5. Effectively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
6. Work closely with our clients to align their expectations with our delivery assumptions and plans
7. Develop and manage end to end delivery plans
8. Be comfortable in executing delivery across various methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
9. Maintain your knowledge and experience of the latest technology trends and apply these in your day to day operations
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
1. Proven ability of successfully managing entire projects or phases of projects across the delivery lifecycle (design, build and test) along with effective management of the associated budgets
2. Experience of leading projects embracing the latest Cloud Technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) or SaaS offerings such as Salesforce
3. Experience of using different delivery methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall
4. Understanding of Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency Management
5. Strong communication skills with experience of working with Energy or Utilities clients and ideally with delivery teams located in different global locations such as India
6. Strong organisational skills managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously
7. Experience of line managing resources and project managing a team of resources

1. Mastery of managing complex deliveries coordinating with more than one supplier with multiple dependencies and work plans
2. Experience of leading projects embracing the latest Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS offerings (Salesforce)
3. Experience of working within the Energy and Utilities Industry sector
4. Cloud/Industry and Programme Management certifications and credentials
5. Demonstrate a strong Technical and Emotional Quotient
