Technical Sales Representative (Electrical)
Please note: Knowledge of electrical bulk material or experience working in a similar technical role is an essential requirement for this role.
Responsible To: Sales Office Manager
Working as a team member where service and quality are key to success.
Main Duties
1. Ensure full and timely progression of customer quotations.
2. Assist sales team with technical clarifications/appraisals.
3. Co-ordinate orders.
4. Maintain and develop good customer and supplier relationships.
5. Ensure compliance with quality management system.
6. Ensure that all sales transactions are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
7. Make sure that all records and files are accurately maintained.
8. Undertake other tasks as required.
Personal Specifications:
1. Must be organised, self-motivated, and have a customer-centric attitude.
2. Knowledge of electrical bulk material or experience working in a similar technical role.
3. Supply chain experience with a background in Oil and Gas would be advantageous.
4. Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
5. Computer literate, especially in Excel.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a calm and professional manner.
