What you'll do:
* Make calls to new and existing customers to generate sales orders.
* Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular communication.
* Handle orders efficiently to ensure products are delivered on time and correctly.
* Keep accurate records of customer conversations and sales activities.
* Work to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
* Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive experience for clients.
What you'll need:
* Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
* Strong communication skills via email and over the phone
* Familiarity with MS Office packages
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport with ease
Package Offering:
* Experience in sales or customer service, ideally with B2B, though experience with B2C over the phone is also desirable.
* A positive attitude, resilience, and a desire to learn and grow in your sales career.
* A goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong spoken and written communication skills and a friendly and approachable personality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of customer management systems and sales processes.
