Title: Communications Business Partner – Change Title: Change Communications Manager Salary range : £55,000 to £65,000 per annum Location: We would consider any of our UK offices for the right candidate. Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home. Closing date is 31st March but we encourage early applications Frazer-Nash Consultancy is undergoing complex and enduring change. The majority of that change is delivered by our 'Inspire-Empower-Grow' (IEG) change portfolio. The Frazer-Nash Marketing and Communications Team are looking for an experienced communications professional to work with the Associate Director directing the IEG portfolio. The Change Communications Manager will implement strategies within the IEG portfolio team, taking a leading role in supporting organisational-level change more widely (including changes being led outside IEG). As a result, the role is dominated by the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of complex stakeholders. The Change Communications Manager will bring both their proficiency in impactful communication and an ability to direct and organise a complex communications environment, enabling the business to engage effectively with our people. Key roles and responsibilities for this role include: Developing and maintaining a Communications Strategy for an organisational-level change portfolio. Developing a range of communications assets including written articles, video communications and in-person presentations. Advising on opportunities to maximise the effectiveness of communications across the organisation with respect to the change portfolio. Directing the management and mitigation of communications-related risks, opportunities and dependencies within the portfolio. Responsible for working with project and programme managers within the IEG portfolio to: Support them in development of their project and programme level communications plans. In particular (but not limited to) identifying audiences, messages and potential media to support communications. Identifying and coordinating communications from individual projects and programme into a single, portfolio-level Communications Plan. Responsible to the Head of Marcoms for coordinating communications related to organisational-level change from sources outside the change portfolio. This is expected to include: Working with key stakeholders and business leaders to identify changes and related change communications. Working with the Marketing and Communications Team to coordinate change-related communications into the corporate level internal communications strategy and plan. To fulfill the demands of this role you will need to exhibit: Experience in designing and implementing communication plans focused on organizational change. Effective delivery of engaging communications for diverse stakeholder groups across various programmes/projects. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences. Effective organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting demands. Experience in stakeholder management and engagement, analysing user needs, and developing aligned solutions. Skilled at orchestrating large communication efforts in an active workplace. Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Staffbase, MS Sway). Exceptionally developed interpersonal skills, enabling effective negotiation with senior leaders. Resilience, willingness to adapt strategies, and problem-solving capabilities.
