The Role
Client Lead responsible for the relationship between Mindshare & Paypal on all levels across EMEA.
A leadership role focused on best in class delivery across the board, talent management, client relationship management and development, commercial leadership, and high performance across projects, campaigns, and operations.
The role requires pragmatism, agility, and transparency.

Desirable Criteria
* Experience working abroad – in a market or regional team
* Prior experience managing a centralised team
Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
* Responsible for managing project roadmap and prioritisation of tasks across the team
* Supporting the team across all deliverables when needed – escalation point if challenges arise
* Clear oversight across EMEA – on all project deliverables
COLLABORATION & PARTNERSHIP
* Foster a spirit of collaboration and integration with key agency partners
* Drive the Paypal / Mindshare relationship in line with our ambition to build a more integrated partnership
* Maintain relationships with Client Leads in all regions and markets
* Build the Paypal culture and cultivate an environment for sharing best practice across markets
COMMERCIAL
* Contract negotiation & scope of work
* Contract compliance & conflict management
* Development of local market team structures in line with Paypal needs
* Lead resource for all commercial/procurement/legal conversations – supported by MS Global team Commercial & Legal experts
TALENT MANAGEMENT
* Build a well performing team across the network & ensure these teams evolve in line with Paypal needs
* Responsible for bringing Paypal the “best of Mindshare” in terms of talent
* Responsible for developing the Vision and delivering the resource required
* Responsible for the EMEA and local team quality of personnel and service delivery
* Allocate team resource and develop appropriate scopes of work aligned with the flexibility needed for the client
* Review talent on a regular basis to ensure we always have the right resource in place at the right time
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
* Anticipate client needs and develop an actionable roadmap around the 2025-2026 priorities
* Draw on the expertise of the Mindshare network to deliver adaptive solutions
* Provide access to leadership team across all functions based on relevance to Paypal’s ambitions
* Build the EMEA hub processes and implement with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
* Build a roadmap for future facing projects/thought leadership/deliverables outside of campaign planning
* Stay connected with Paypal leadership to uncover opportunities for strategic consultancy projects, audience scopes, and technology solutions
