Job Description
3. Processing invoices and staff expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
4. Handling the payment run process and ensuring all payments are made in accordance with payment terms.
5. Reconciling supplier statements to ensure all invoices and payments are accounted for.
6. Assisting with month-end close processes.
7. Maintaining clear and accurate financial records.
8. Collaborating with the finance team and other departments to improve financial processes.
9. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
10. Adhering to all financial regulations and guidelines.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Officer should have:
11. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
