Senior Recruitment Consultant – Droitwich – 4-day week (with 5 days pay!) – Part Office (Droitwich) / Part Home-Based

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a focus on both account management and new business development, you’ll be at the forefront of our continued business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand our client base, identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as conducting account management, working with an established database (evolved since 2012), ensuring that their recruitment goals are delivered effectively and on-time in line with our existing service level agreements. You will be responsible for both new business and growing and nurturing our key accounts within market-leading companies within agriculture, farming and our associated sectors globally. You will be supported by a great resourcing team to help you find the best candidates in the market.

Job Purpose:
1. To fulfil Client briefs in a timely and cost-effective manner
2. To deliver a superior service every time to both Clients and Candidates
3. To build, manage and grow Client relationships and add value to the Client proposition offering
4. Maintain and develop strategically important relationships with key accounts
5. Leverage relationships to identify wider business opportunities for other departments
6. Proactively cross-sell at all times
7. Conduct new business development in delivering strategic sales goals
8. Consistently update the team on latest developments and updates within their Client base and market
9. Manage both Client and Candidate expectations
10. Work closely with an established Resourcing Team to find the best candidates in the market
11. Ensure regular and timely client reviews are conducted
12. Facilitate Client Call Backs to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities
13. Monitor own performance and adhere to SLA (Service Level Agreements) for each client
14. Agree and produce SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) for all jobs including timeframes and KSF’s (Key Success Factors)
Essential Skills Required:
1. Proven recruitment experience
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly-used office packages
4. The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
5. Good team-working skills
6. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at Senior and Board level
7. Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
8. Excellent attention to detail
9. Great telephone manner
10. Ability to follow a process
11. Target / goal-oriented
12. Positive / enthusiastic
13. A coachable individual who loves to learn
14. Must be highly driven and ambitious
Salary and Benefits:
Excellent salary and benefits package, (£25,000 - £35,000 basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic commission structure that could see you easily earning £65,000+ OTE in your first year, including a 4-day working week with 5 days pay! Working hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break, full training and ongoing support, company pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, as well as additional top performer incentives, salary extras, company bonuses, rewards, as well as additional incentives including team holidays, events and a clearly defined career progression path and so much more!
