Your Role as a Fire & Security Service Engineer You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of clients by: Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems, and Access Control systems. Providing professional callout support as part of the on-call rota. Delivering top-tier customer service and fostering strong client relationships. Addressing client concerns proactively and escalating issues when necessary. Ensuring documentation and administrative tasks are accurate and timely. Adhering to company policies and Health & Safety regulations. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems. A full, valid UK driving licence. Strong knowledge of fire and intruder alarm standards. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Desirable certifications: CSCS/ECS/IPAF and experience with Gent Fire systems. Your Work Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
