Join the Future Teachers Programme and gain invaluable experience in secondary schools across Tameside. This programme offers a unique opportunity for graduates to work as Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, or Intervention Tutors while gaining hands-on experience in education. You will work for 12–18 months, providing classroom support and assisting with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and intervention sessions. This experience will help you build confidence and refine your teaching skills, with a clear pathway into teacher training.
