Part Time Bookkeeper Part Time permanent role Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 0900-1300 Haywards Heath / East Grinstead area. Plenty of free parking on site. Due to rural workplace location (half way between Haywards Heath and East Grinstead) you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport Salary: £15.60 per hour which works out as approx £9734 per year based on 12 hours per week, plus good company benefits Duties and responsibilities: - Part Time Bookkeeper The role would be working with the accounting package Xero. Posting sales invoices and allocating payments. Producing a debtors report, referring for reasons unpaid and debt chasing. Bank reconciliation. Managing and paying suppliers Weekly takings report. Balancing and monitoring till, petty cash and fuel box. Reconciling credit card invoices and recharges. Collating information for staff payroll. Maintaining spread sheets and cash flow. Producing invoices and recharging across other companies.
