12 Months Fixed Term Contract from March 2025
18 hours per week, 36 weeks of the Year – Term Time Only
Kingston College is seeking a Curriculum Administrator to provide administrative support to the Schools, Sections, Lecturers, Technical staff, Principal, Senior Management Team, and students. This role is essential for enabling the effective delivery of the curriculum and associated activities, ensuring that students can flourish in the College environment and achieve their personal learning goals.
The Curriculum Administrator will:
1. Maintain and update timetables, registers, and attendance data using College systems.
2. Process pay advice for sessional staff.
3. Maintain accurate and timely student learning programme data in response to all funding streams.
4. Provide administrative support for School related functions including ABC process, cover arrangements, student references, student attendance, collating and issuing student progress reports, and organizing parent consultation evenings.
5. Manage purchase ordering.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent administrative skills, including knowledge of office procedures, constructing letters, and strong telephone and communication skills. A methodical and highly organized approach is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and be assertive when required.
You should also have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in internet applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook mail-merge, and label runs, and be familiar with MIS systems. This role is based on-site at Kingston College and involves working Fridays.
