Are you an experienced Payroll Senior looking for a rewarding role within a leading wealth management and professional services practice? We are seeking a skilled and proactive Payroll Senior to join a great company based in Beaconsfield. This role offers hybrid working and fantastic benefits. You must have experience in an external payroll environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in team meetings including knowledge sharing and presenting new ideas and initiatives.
2. Identifying potential opportunities with client portfolio for payroll services line and /or wider firm.
3. Build internal network.
4. Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop knowledge and new skills to grow payroll service.
5. Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure all payrolls are efficiently processed.
6. Ensuring high levels of quality by thoroughly reviewing payroll reports in line with our payroll control framework.
7. Managing client expectations and assisting clients with a positive attitude.
8. Managing & dealing with client issues / problems on their payroll matters.
9. Ensuring that developments in payroll related matters are monitored and reacted to.
10. Attend to all payroll billing accurately and on time.
11. Assist with new payroll on-boarding where necessary
12. Assist with engagement letters and AML procedures for new clients, as required.
13. Support HMRC enquiries and investigations as required.
