Account Manager

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum - depending on experience

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Calculating and issuing utility recharges: Obtain key information, prepare monthly re-charge spreadsheets, seek approval, and liaise internally with finance to raise charges.
* Monitor and resolve team queries in a timely manner.
* Provide progress reports to Management.
* Internal and external communication: You will need to be a confident verbal and written communicator, with the ability to use your own initiative.
* Database management.
* Invoice Validation: Support the team in the validation of utility invoices.
* Reporting: Work with the wider team to provide reports, giving key information.
* Data Collection: Liaise with third-party providers to obtain information for operational management.
