As a Social Worker on the Children with Disabilities Team you will be
* Responsible for undertaking assessments for children with disabilities and complex needs.
* Leading plans for children with disabilities and complex needs
* You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and reviewing of plans within multi-agency meetings relating to the assessed complex needs of children, young people, and their families.
* Developing effective working partnerships is key with those within their families, carers, and significant others
As a Social Worker you are required to:
* Hold a Social Work England registration
* Be eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
