We are looking for a Sales Operator to join our team in Belfast! You will need an excellent telephone manner and communication skills and be able to proactively deal with service, situations & customers enthusiastically and with confidence.

What you will be doing as Sales Operator:
* Manage a pool of key accounts.
* Speak with customers daily, dealing with issues and bookings.
* Receive inbound calls from within the branches client base and managing appropriately or redirecting where necessary.
* Take details to quote and calculate/conclude prices and communicate back to the customer.
* Log all customer bookings and updated onto inhouse systems.
* General administration tasks when required.

* Can successfully prioritise tasks and remain calm under the pressure of a busy workload is a necessity.
* Excel in fast-paced environments and can handle unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency.
* A good head for numbers is important for accurately calculating quotes and prices. Your numerical skills will help ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and transparent.
