Senior Marketing Specialist Caterham Up to £40,000 This role focuses on supporting the strategic initiatives of the European HVAC business through the development and execution of a coordinated marketing plan. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement this plan, ensuring we meet our objectives. The selected candidate will report directly to the European Marketing Manager Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to: Help to develop and implement a marketing plan and strategic activities to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image and message is achieved throughout all activities Budget planning and execution of the marketing calendar Report with clear ROI targets and achievements is essential Deliver marketing outputs on time and on budget, reporting regularly to the country manager and European Marketing Manager Establish & maintain a high visual standard, attention to detail and ensure a professional brand image/creative is maintained across all marketing assets Help to develop visual and written content required for offline and online marketing campaigns and events with a creative mindset and ensure it falls within brand guidelines and company direction Drive product & brand awareness across all product lines through marketing initiatives Collaborate with the sales and support teams regularly to ensure accurate planning of key campaigns and events which are in line with the strategy and business objectives Maintain excellent control over external suppliers for control over budget, messaging & creatives Regularly proposing creative ideas and out of the box thinking The role may require some travel from time to time Experience and qualifications: Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, project management or related roles. Experienced in the HVAC or Heating industry is ideal but not a must Experienced in B2B markets Experienced in delivering high-level events and exhibitions Experienced in B2B loyalty schemes is ideal Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a creative thinker Excellent communication and decision-making skills An exceptional level of attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to fully commit to projects and events, especially during busy periods where extended travel and hours will be required Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Enthusiastic and resilient Strong sense of customer focus and accountability with the ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline focused environment An aptitude for learning and creativity The ability to work independently and cooperatively A dynamic, thorough and enquiring approach will be required to be involved in and balance the needs of a wide range of projects and executions, with different timelines. An absolute team player who will fit in as part of a wider, creative team, the ability to collaborate effectively is also a must Languages: Must be fluent in written and spoken English If the candidate can converse in other European languages this would be beneficial Software: Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) A working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite highly beneficial Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent, Advertising or related field – preferred but not essential What they offer: Salary up to £40,000 Holiday Benefit package
