Job Description
This medium sized four-star hotel are currently looking for an experienced and well-organised Head Chef to run all the food outlets in this busy property.
With an 80 cover restaurant, bar lounge and popular conference and banqueting (up to 300 covers). The business if often fast-paced and multi-outlet.
As Head Chef you will be required to manage and develop a brigade of nine. You must ensure all food is consistently delivered to the guests to company standards. Whether it be restaurant, banqueting, afternoon tea or bar lounge. As Head Chef you will also be required to manage all EHO requirements, payroll and food costs.
For this Head Chef role you would have preferably worked in a four-star corporate hotel with experience of volume catering. You must have at least two years Head Chef experience.
