Job Overview:
As a Credit Control Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Control department, playing a key role in supporting the business through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, particularly in a SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that systems and processes meet business requirements by running test cases, logging defects using DevOps, and collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and retest issues. The role also involves working with large volumes of data and leveraging strong analytical skills to drive improvements and ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT for credit control systems. Log in to the system, follow defined steps, and validate results. Identify defects when system outcomes don't align with expectations and log these issues via DevOps for the development team to address. Collaborate with developers to track the progress of defect fixes and support retesting efforts. SAP System Support: Work with SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA for the implementation and testing of credit control processes. Input and manage large volumes of data within the system. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. Data Input & Management: Handle high-volume data input tasks efficiently and accurately. Maintain and organize credit control data within the SAP system, ensuring compliance with company standards. Identify areas of improvement in data quality and reporting processes. Analytical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to identify and resolve complex system issues during UAT and credit control processes. Use analytical skills to assess large data sets, make informed decisions, and provide insights to improve business processes. Support the Credit Control team by producing detailed reports and data analysis as needed. Collaboration and Initiative: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and credit controllers, to achieve business goals. Take initiative to work independently when required, ensuring tasks are completed with minimal supervision.Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Prior experience in a similar Credit Control Analyst or UAT Analyst role. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA systems. Familiarity with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, logging defects, and collaborating with developers. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA. Experience with DevOps or similar defect management tools. Strong data input and data management skills. Analytical Skills: Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, particularly when working with large data sets. Ability to spot patterns and anomalies in data to improve accuracy and efficiency. Other Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
