The Job Role Details:
We are looking for talented individuals to join an existing team of Drier and Sprayer Technicians.
As main dealers for Grain Driers and Handling Equipment, and Premium Agricultural Sprayer brands, we are helping to expand their team to enhance the service they provide due to increasing workload.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
1. Work on and install grain systems and agricultural sprayers alongside our team of technicians.
2. Carry out scheduled service maintenance, repairs, and installations on-site and at the depot.
3. Perform fault-finding and diagnosis on equipment.
4. Complete pre-delivery inspections.
5. Engage in fabrication and welding tasks as needed.
6. Complete job stories and hours documentation.
7. Work alongside and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, manufacturers, and suppliers.
8. Attend breakdowns on-site and in-field, providing quick and effective solutions.
9. Test and confirm accurate operation and application of sprayers.
10. Strip down machinery, fault finding, and replace parts on both driers and sprayers.
11. Ensure excellent customer service and support, maintaining high levels of after-sales service.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:

12. Experience working on Agricultural Machinery and Equipment such as Tractors, Sprayers, and Dryers.
13. Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
14. Welding experience would be advantageous but not essential.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Strong problem-solving aptitude.
17. Strong organisational and time management skills.
18. Positive attitude, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
19. Comfortable working at heights.
20. Forklift license required (qualification provided for the right candidate).
21. IPAF license would be an advantage but is not necessary.
