The Opportunity:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with the company's Revenue and EBITDA targets.
* Responsible for a team of Account Managers across our Sheffield and London offices to include but not limited to: providing coaching, mentoring and performance feedback via managers, hiring and developing a high-performing team, build on a positive, growth led and collaborative team culture.
* Drive customer satisfaction & loyalty by delivering exceptional value.
* Lead the adoption of innovative digital tools and technologies to enhance AM processes.
* Oversee, as a key stakeholder, on the selection, implementation and ongoing management of our CRM systems.
What we need from you:
* Proven track record in leading successful account management teams with clear P&L impact demonstrated.
* Proven experience in managing managers, with at least two direct reporting lines, and overseeing the overall management of a team comprising a minimum of 10 individuals.
* Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
* Experience in a digital environment and managing large customer bases.
