As Service Manager, you will be part of the Directorate Management team, working closely with the senior operational and clinical teams and external stakeholders, to operationally manage and develop a diverse portfolio of services. You will be responsible for providing strong and visible leadership across the boroughs of Bexley and Greenwich. Main duties of the job Through effective leadership and management, to ensure the safe, efficient, responsive and effective delivery of Specialist Children's Services - providing high quality specialist health services to service users, their families and professionals across Bexley and Greenwich. To ensure that reporting requirements to commissioners are met. To develop and implement strategies and priorities as relevant and operate as a key management lead across for the Operational Management and Specialist Leadership Teams.
