We have a brand-new opportunity for a BIM/Revit Manager to join our MEP division based in our Leeds office, as part of our successful national MEP team.
It's an exciting time to join our MEP team! We have a proven track record working within the North of England, with offices in Leeds, Manchester, and more recently Scotland. Working collaboratively with our North division, you will be joining a fun, highly engaged MEP team who love what they do. We have a wealth of experience and will offer support, development opportunities, and expert advice.
Your role will include:
1. Manage a growing team of technicians and support with the education of our graduates.
2. Production of 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, clash detection, and model coordination.
3. Engage with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the development of the group as a whole.
4. Support the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and the national team, and educate new starters around the use of Revit.

Our MEP team are specialists in energy, sustainability, and engineering design. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
* Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
* Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated.
* The ideal candidate will have a BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or another relevant engineering discipline, but we will consider candidates without this qualification who have significant experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
* We welcome applications from experienced BIM Managers looking for a new challenge or experienced Seniors looking to step up into the role who have a desire to manage their own team.
