Our People Services Team are paramount in the daily management of all HR administration tasks, we are looking to recruit a new role within our HR Centre of Excellence for a People Services Generalist to provide wider HR support for the wider HR Team across our UK businesses as well as PA support for our HR Director. Key aspects of the role: Via our HR ticketing system ensure against our Service Level Agreement (SLA) all tickets are managed and acted upon accordingly. Ownership of contractual paperwork for new starters and transfers within the business on receipt of approved paperwork. Administer the process for New Starter and Transfer documents, enduring all relevant information has been captured. Work with relevant HRBP to ensure all relevant paperwork relating to Maternity and Paternity is produced for employees. Also ensuring this is provided to Payroll. Administrate paperwork for employees relating to all employment matters including bonus, salary increases, absence, recognition, benefits and much more First point of contact for HRBP’s, line managers and employees relating to low level employee relations activities for example, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management and supporting change initiatives. HRD PA Responsibilities: Diary Management to include booking, moving & scheduling meetings and 1-2-1 meetings and adapting schedules or plans at short notice. Management of movement tracker for HRD. Manage the HR Budget cost tracker relating to all HR costs & invoices. Tracking all HR-related contracts and renewals. Support with relevant communications and drafting of announcements alongside documentation preparation – creating reports, presentations etc. General administration support Our ideal candidate is a team player with some experience within an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role. We’re looking for a can-do attitude and someone who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment. You will be efficient in MS office packages and able to multi-task.
