We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to work with one of our Perth based clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a passion for supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Managing and updating sales records
Producing and analyzing reports using Excel, including Pivot Tables
Assisting with order processing and customer communications
Maintaining accurate data and ensuring timely responses to internal and external queriesKey Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables essential)
Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasksWhat We Offer:
Competitive salary of £25,000 per year
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
09:00-17:00 shift time
