Department Co-Producing EDI Interventions for Virtual Production is a four year AHRC-funded research project which seeks to address structural inequalities in the film and television sector. Working with partner companies and freelancers, the project will co-produce, test and evaluate new ways of working in film and television that offer fairer and more inclusive forms of employment. This project builds on work undertaken as part of the Screen Industries Growth Network and XR Stories. We are seeking an experienced and proactive administrator with excellent organisational and record keeping skills to support delivery of the project. You will join the project team led by Dr Jon Swords, and work with project co-leads (Professor Jude Brereton and Dr Anna Einarsdottir), researchers (Dr Nina Willment and Roxanne Bottomley), project partners and research participants. Role Provide administrative support to the project leader and co-leaders Coordinate meetings of the project team, advisory board and project partners Organise travel, and collate and prepare expense forms for processing Help implement communication projects and initiatives, support the management of social media and contact databases Collate reporting and evaluation information Prepare research materials for upload to research databases and archiving Liaise with School, Faculty and University teams to ensure project administration and finance records are on track Organise project related events Support relationships between the project team and external collaborators).
