SEND TA Area: B20, Birmingham Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30 Salary: £85- £105 Start date: ASAP Monarch Education, part of affinity workforce, are currently working closely with a 2 form entry Primary School in Handsworth who are looking for a full time SEND TA to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil in year 2 to start ASAP. The school are looking for a patient, kind, firm, child centred individual who is able to build real rapport but set clear expectations. The school are requiring someone with experience of working with ADHD and Autism and able to support independently, outside of the classroom. The school is located just outside the city centre and is ideally located for all public transport links. The Ideal candidate will need to hold the following: Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent. Have previous experience of working with Special Educational Needs/Additional Needs. Hold a calm, patient nurturing nature and be able to adapt in situations quickly.
