What you’ll be doing:
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Answering inbound B2B sales enquiries and converting them into paying clients.
* Tailoring sales pitches to address the needs of corporate and institutional partners.
* Prospect for new customers and expand the client base.
* Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective customers.
* Managing the entire sales cycle, including negotiations, and building long-term client relationships.
* Following up with leads to ensure you consistently meet your sales quota.
* Attending weekly sales coaching sessions and receiving formal training.
* Collaborating with the Programme Manager to ensure all business clients receive exceptional service.
The Skills & Experience you’ll need:
* A degree from a UK university in any discipline.
* Proven experience in a sales environment.
* Strong selling skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
* Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
* Ability to manage tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
* Experience in a B2B or education background is preferred but not essential.

Summary:
Pay: £40,000 - £80,000 per year (OTE) based on experience
Company Pension Scheme
Holiday: 28 Days per Year
Location: Five days from your home office. One day per month of team bonding & training in person in Oxfordshire (with lunch provided!).
