Overall Purpose
The Global Sales Operations Executive plays a critical role in driving the operational success of the Global Sales function of Big Bus. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Global Sales team to help achieve their goal of increasing sales and distribution through third-party platforms. You will help our team achieve and exceed our goals by designing and implementing processes to make this work better and more efficient.
The role will require stakeholder collaboration with multiple teams across the business including finance, tech, and regional teams to drive efficiency and enable global sales growth.
A degree of written ability for compiling newsletters, maintaining platform content, and communicating with partners is also required.
Overview of Duties & Responsibilities
Partner Enablement
* Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new global sales partners, including training materials, and support with platform integrations.
* Administration of a partner-focused CRM communications program.
* Administer and optimize the Big Bus Partner Booking Platform.
* Respond to trade support queries and partner inquiries.
* Oversee the maintenance of partner content across key OTA platforms (inc. GetYourGuide, Viator, and Expedia) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Distribute content and pricing updates and changes to partners in a timely and efficient manner.
* Help the business maintain regular communication with partners, including training, operational updates, and product announcements via CRM.
* Create and manage a content repository for global sales teams and partners to access updated product information, visuals, and training materials.
Strategic
* Collaborate with the VP of Global Sales, Sales Managers, and local city teams to define sales priorities, performance objectives, and KPIs.
* Develop scalable operational processes and systems that align with global sales strategies.
* Track OTA booking data to inform decision-making and drive strategic sales initiatives.
* Ensure consistent and efficient content and rate updates across all platforms, evolving processes over time.
* Provide data-driven insights and performance updates to senior leadership to support strategic planning.
* Track and optimize relevant key indicators related to partnership CRM.
People and Stakeholder Management
* Build relationships with regional sales teams, General Managers, and other stakeholders to understand and address local needs.
* Liaise between sales, technology, and finance teams, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities.
* Support team members with ad hoc tasks, including trade show coordination, design, and event planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
* An advanced user of standard office software (i.e. Office, Google Docs).
* Evidence of working in an agile, high-pace environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail.
Beneficial, but not essential:
* Excellent understanding of the sightseeing/travel industry (or similar).
* Working internationally across multiple countries and cultures.
* Experience working with booking or reporting systems.
* Proficiency in additional languages would be an advantage.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
* Confident communicating at all levels of a business from senior stakeholders to a range of colleagues across various continents.

Working Hours and Conditions
* Normal working hours are 9.00-17.30, Monday to Friday, plus additional hours as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the job (possibly including weekends and bank holidays).
* The role may involve some travel (through different time zones).
* It is accepted and understood that mobility and the need to work flexible hours is an integral part of this role.
