Technical Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer required to join a company that provides clinical database solutions and software to majority of the hospitals in the UK and also international customers. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support the healthcare sector providing support to all customers who are using the companies software products. This role will be based in Gerrards Cross. PACKAGE - £30,000 - £35,000 - 25 days Bank Holiday - Performance Bonus - Pension - Based in Gerrard Cross, you MUST be able to drive and have a vehicle. - Specialist product and company training The Technical Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer role: Provide support to customers via email and telephone. Deal with customer tickets within a short timeframe to uphold company efficiency. Product support through troubleshooting and fault investigation. Regular training with the various products and upgrades. Track calls and resolutions on JIRA. Install and customise applications for new customers Test bug fixes before the roll out to customers. Work with your team to provide best customer service and technical support. The Technical Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer requirements: Previous experience in a technical support or similar role Strong background in IT or Technology and educated in this from a degree minimum Great communication and Customer Service skills Knowledge and working experience with: SQL, Windows, Databases, Web Servers and Remote Access Tools.
