Job Advert
We are looking for positive, compassionate and caring Support Workers to join our team in Burgess Hill where we support people with learning disabilities. (This post is for 30 hours per week)
We are looking to expand our team of dedicated Support Workers in Burgess Hill who are currently supporting five people in supported living who have a learning disability. We also support a number of people through our outreach service in the surrounding area.
There are a number of things that are important to the people within the service – one person we support said that they like to be involved with things within the house, go out with friends and listen to music – who doesn’t enjoy relaxing to their favourite artist? Furthermore, another person we support explained a number of things as being important to them, in particular, they have a real interest in all things arts & crafts – so a creative side would be a really positive skill for applicants to have.
