Location: Old Oscott, B44, Birmingham
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Pay Rate: £370 - £420 per week
Start Date: April 2025
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are looking for a committed 2:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support two children in Year 2 at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Old Oscott, B44. Your Role:
Provide tailored 2:1 support for two children with SEN, ensuring their academic and emotional development.
Assist in delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement learning strategies.
Support children with communication, social interaction, and sensory needs.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with personal care if require
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a primary setting.
A patient, empathetic, and positive approach.
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and child development.
