Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of the daily review of the buyer workbench using the ERP system
Raise, maintain, and expedite Purchase Orders for stock and non-stock items
Prepare and deliver accurate pricing quotes for design, sales, intercompany, and incoming freight teams
Build lasting relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely deliveries
Manage part parameters, stocking levels, and price lists within the ERP system
Stay ahead by notifying and mitigating any cost increases
Create new part numbers when needed, ensuring smooth workflow
Analyze supplier KPIs to improve delivery performance and stock availability
Update and maintain training resources to keep the team on top of their gameKey Performance Criteria:
