Salary: Up to £58,250 per annum

Compass Associates is proud to be working with the leading provider of mental health care services. Together we are seeking a skilled Psychologist (Counselling/Clinical) to join their esteemed private outpatient and inpatient services in Bristol, working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide the highest quality mental health care. You will have the opportunity to work across 2 sites with a range of psychological services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist psychological and/or mental health input for both Private Outpatient Treatment Services and Inpatient wards.
* Conduct psychological assessments, formulations, and therapies.
* Work autonomously within professional guidelines and maintain responsibility for the governance of your psychological practice.
* Administer psychometric tests and evidence-based assessments as clinically indicated.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists in providing comprehensive care.
What We’re Looking For:
* HCPC Registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
* Prior experience in outpatient mental health services (preferred)
* Ability to work with both young people and adults.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health care.
Training & Development:
* Comprehensive training on systems and policies.
* Individual specialist Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.
* Funding available for ADOS and ADI-R training.
