My client is a growing professional services firm looking for an HR Manager to join them to help with the planned growth of the organisation.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee organisational development and people strategy projects, support M&A activity from a people perspective, create and embed L&D strategies, and support, coach & develop the HR team and leaders within the business in relation to performance, conduct, and sickness. You will have experience managing strategic HR projects, change management, business process improvement, and experience of M&A is highly desirable. Senior stakeholder management experience is essential, as is a background in professional services, insurance, retail, or technology. You must be able to operate in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. This is an exciting, newly created role that will allow the successful candidate to be involved in senior-level day-to-day HR Management, as well as taking on key firm-wide projects.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience managing strategic HR projects, change management, business process improvement, and experience of M&A is highly desirable.
* Senior stakeholder management experience.
* CIPD qualified or working towards.
