Job Description
The Sales Coordinator/Front Desk Associate is a hybrid role responsible for driving sales revenue and implementing effective sales strategies alongside the Director of Sales, while also providing exceptional front desk services. The position focuses primarily on generating revenue from room bookings, event hosting, food and beverage (if applicable), and additional hotel services. This role requires managing client relationships, meeting and exceeding revenue goals, and coordinating activities related to sales to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
The Sales Coordinator/Front Desk Associate collaborates closely with the Director of Sales to ensure the hotel achieves its business objectives, including meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for RevPAR, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR). Additionally, the role requires providing outstanding guest service at the front desk, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations management, responding to inquiries, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
* Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Managing sales activities alongside providing front desk support
* Assisting with guest check-in/check-out and reservations
* Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
* Proven Marriott Hotel Experience
* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets
* Previous front desk or customer service experience
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong leadership, team management, and multitasking abilities
