The Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club has two on-site restaurants and two bars for our guests to enjoy as well as 7 conference suites accommodating up to 200 delegates. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager on to the team.
As Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager, you will be required to:
* Ensure the highest possible standard of Conference/Event presentation, service, and management, with strict adherence to accuracy of business sheet details and departmental SOP standards.
* Ensure safe practice and good housekeeping is always maintained in departmental storerooms and with equipment.
* Ensure that public areas and function rooms are clean.
* Undertake and record all training for Conference & Banqueting department staff. This must be always up to date.
* Arrange performance reviews/appraisals at intervals requested by Personnel and/or when appropriate.
* Assist the Conference and Banqueting Manager as and when required.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience working in Conference & Banqueting. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff, and guests. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient.
