HR Shared Services Analyst
London – Permanent (Office based)
Frazer Jones is pleased to partner with a leading organisation in the financial services industry to recruit a Senior Analyst for their HR Service Team. This important role focuses on managing the department's ticket queue within the case management system, sorting and prioritising incoming work, and resolving tickets, queries, and requests related to HR Services.
The successful candidate will provide critical day-to-day HR administrative support across various functions, including HRIS, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and payroll. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service to employees and supporting the wider global HR team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service and troubleshooting support for Workday, assisting employees and internal teams.
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes, propose solutions, and help implement best practices within the HR Shared Service team.
* Collaborate with HRS teams (Payroll, Benefits, HRIS) to resolve tickets and fulfill requests.
* Assist with onboarding new hires, providing both technical and administrative support.
* Support key annual HR processes, including the Annual Talent Cycle and Open Enrolment.
* Participate in developing and refining administrative processes to improve efficiency.
* Assist in the rollout and communication of HR policies and procedures.
* Update and manage project documentation and training resources.
* Contribute to complex projects, supporting scope management and engaging with stakeholders.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and development.
Requirements:
* 3+ years working in a Human Resources focussed role specifically within a shared service environment.
* Exposure to a case management system is essential
* Previous knowledge of Workday would be beneficial
* Use to working in a high-volume environment
