RECRUITING COORDINATOR

About the role:
Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) work in a collaborative RC team in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. Work is measured by SLAs and KPIs, as well as by demonstrating Leadership Principle behaviors.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates the administration of evaluation meetings, including the inspection of interview feedback and offer compliance
* Schedules a range of single-candidate and/or multi-candidate hiring events (where applicable) across all levels of roles that may require working through ambiguity, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and in some - cases arranging travel for visiting candidates.
* Facilitates the movement of candidates through recruitment process. This includes but not limited to scheduling matters and escalations such as interview compliance and travel, partner with recruiting partners and provide candidate status updates.
* Updates candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems.
* Acts as the main point of contact for scheduling for hiring teams and can serve as an escalation point for minor issues such as interview compliance. The RC will understand key priorities related to open requisitions and candidates.
* Provides follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status.
* Partner effectively with recruiting partners – responding to requests to prioritize candidates or providing ad-hoc status updates.
* Ensures all inputs are accurate and up to date across all systems on a consistent basis (such as loop design and interview details are relevant and accurate prior to sending).
* Identifies opportunities for scheduling efficiency including proposed solutions.
* Takes ownership to promote a positive work environment and fosters team cohesion. Assists with the scheduling requests of other RCs to support with workload balancing.
