At the Enterprise Learning Alliance (ELA), we recognize that pupils who attend the school exhibit a wide range of both emotional and educational needs, which by their very nature can impinge negatively upon their progress. The intent is always to provide them with the highest quality provision.
The ELA provides a curriculum enriched by a range of planned activities and experiences to enhance learning and personal development so that all young people:
1. Learn new skills and expand their knowledge in a wide range of contexts and subjects.
2. Are Empowered to build their cultural and educational character to enhance positive destinations.
3. Achieve the best possible outcomes in a wide range of qualifications to open multiple positive destination pathways.
Our aim, at all of the schools in the Enterprise Learning Alliance, is to inspire pupils through the delivery of motivational lessons and to reduce gaps in learning for both individuals and vulnerable groups. The Enterprise Learning Alliance has excellent teaching talent at all levels and is complemented by an energetic and dynamic leadership team. The ELA was rated as GOOD in its last Ofsted inspection and the vision is to become an outstanding school.

The ELA places great value on its staff well-being. The school has an active well-being committee that plans various events and activities to enhance staff well-being, but also makes suggestions to the school about how to improve the working environment of the school. The school has also recently appointed a mental health and well-being lead to support both staff and pupils.
We are committed to developing our staff and invest in high-quality individualized CPD delivered internally and through external providers.
The ELA is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times, and this post will be subject to the receipt of DBS/CRB clearance and relevant references.
