The Vacancy
We have a rewarding opportunity for a Mobilisation Project Manager to join Wates with our Wates Property Services team to oversee our mobilisation projects.
The primary focus of this role will be to manage the successful transition of business change and improvement including mobilisations. You will secure the delivery of the programme outcomes and benefits and lead change management activity across the business while managing the activities involved in delivering the programme.
Key Accountabilities will include:
1. Deliver projects/mobilisation to quality standards within timescale and to client satisfaction.
2. Plan, design and own project/mobilisation plans through to handover.
3. Review, develop and constantly refine business processes and plan their delivery/deployment.
4. Manage the successful transition of business change arising from the transformation programme to implementation into operational areas.
5. Secure the delivery of programme outcomes and benefits.
6. Lead change management across the business and manage activities in delivering the programme.
7. Responsible for operational risk management and building mitigation plans.
8. Post project/mobilisation evaluation and close off.
We are looking for a qualified, experienced and professional Mobilisation Project Manager with a strong understanding of Responsive and Planned Maintenance and FM works.
To be successful in the role, you will be an effective communicator with a positive and engaging approach when supporting and educating the business.
This is a 12 months FTC (Fixed Term Contract) Maternity Cover.
