Job Title: HR Business Partner Specialist
Kennedy Pearce Consulting is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded HR Advisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class employee experience, providing advice and guidance to management and employees across all aspects of the employee life cycle, offering best practice and commercially focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR Advice and Guidance: Collaborate with the management team to build strong relationships, provide a seamless HR service, and offer best practice, commercially focused solutions.
* HR Administration: Monitor, review, and update all HR policies, ensuring they are in line with current legislation and managers are fully aware of any changes.
* Payroll and Benefits Management: Oversee the preparation of data for payroll and manage benefits, including absence tracking and global HR systems.
* Employee Relations and Investigations: Partner with the HRBP to manage outputs of the annual Merit Review process, work jointly on complex employee relations issues, and support internal investigations.
* Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment campaigns, coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants, and their onboarding.
* Global HR Projects: Actively contribute to local and regional HR projects within the EMEA region and be a key member of the social committee.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or holds an equivalent degree in HR.
* Demonstratable progressive experience in a HR advisory role.
* Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic live-training and operational environment, collaborating with an international team.
* Strong interest in pro-people management and employment law.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time and permanent contract, with two days home working a week.
